1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

BUYER
Buyer details (name, address, email, phone) are automatically provided and confirmed by the Buyer during checkout.
The Buyer acknowledges that by placing an order through the website, they become obligated to pay the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping details displayed during checkout.
2. SUBJECT
This Agreement governs the sale, production, and worldwide delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website and sets forth the rights and obligations of both parties.
3. ORDER INFORMATION
Order details (order number, date, products, quantities, pricing, shipping cost, taxes if applicable, and total amount) are automatically generated and confirmed during checkout.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, shipping details, and estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and confirmed during checkout.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are included in the product price and are free for all orders. Final shipping details and estimated delivery times are always shown at checkout before payment is completed.
5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Production and fulfillment are generally completed within 2–7 business days, depending on product type and seasonal demand.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped worldwide to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
Production time is typically 2–7 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 3–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already started and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
All products are custom-made and produced upon order.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after the 12-hour cancellation period, except in cases of damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR LOST ORDERS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days.
Supporting information (such as photos) may be required.
Approved cases may result in a replacement or refund, depending on Buyer preference.
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges depending on destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
11. PAYMENT
Payment is collected securely during checkout using available payment methods.
The Seller is not responsible for bank fees, exchange rate differences, or payment processor charges.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
